1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use phatbuzz.com or buy products from PHATBUZZ LTD, trading as PhatBuzz (“PhatBuzz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

PHATBUZZ LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17017052. Our registered office is 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB, United Kingdom.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed.

Some products are supplied and fulfilled by approved third-party supplier partners. PhatBuzz remains the retailer responsible for your order and your statutory consumer rights.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please check product choices, quantities and delivery information before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes where indicated. Delivery charges and any other payable amounts are displayed before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy and the information displayed at checkout. Products from different suppliers may arrive separately. Risk remains with PhatBuzz until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by UK consumer law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal information, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The PhatBuzz name, branding, original characters, graphics and website content belong to PHATBUZZ LTD or their respective licensors. Supplier product names, images and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

9. Shopify and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment providers, fulfilment partners and carriers may process information needed to provide their services. Your purchase contract is with PHATBUZZ LTD, not Shopify or a supplier partner.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
