How delivery works

PhatBuzz products may be fulfilled and dispatched by different approved supplier partners. If your order contains products from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping charges and estimates

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are calculated using the products in your basket and your delivery address. The options shown at checkout form part of your order. Unless a different timeframe is agreed or displayed for your order, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Dispatch and tracking

Processing and dispatch times can vary by product and supplier. When tracking information is provided by the supplier or carrier, it will be added to your order or sent using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a delivery address or request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delivery problems

If an order is delayed, arrives damaged, is incomplete, or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier.

Delivery availability

We deliver only to destinations accepted at checkout. Delivery availability can vary by product because different supplier partners may serve different locations.
